Skin Tightening & Pore Minimiser Masque is made with Damask Rose and Beetroot, and it does exactly the two things its name promises — lifts and tightens sagging skin, and shrinks the appearance of open pores.
Elasticity is what it works on first. Skin that has lost elasticity sags and its pores stretch open; the two problems are the same problem seen from different angles, which is why a masque that improves elasticity addresses both at once. It also repairs damaged skin cells, so the tightening builds on healthier skin rather than sitting on top of tired skin.
Damask Rose is the most prized rose in skincare, hydrating and calming, and Beetroot brings the radiance and the subtle colour it is known for. Together they make a masque that tightens without leaving skin feeling stripped, which setting masques often do.
Two rules matter, and they are not optional. First: do not make any expressions, talk or smile while the masque is on. A setting masque tightens as it dries, and moving your face while it does means it sets around a moving surface — you lose the lift and can crease the skin. Sit still for the fifteen minutes. Second: apply a moisturiser or serum after rinsing, without fail. A drying masque takes moisture with it, and the step after is what turns a tightening treatment into a good one.
