Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
• In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed

We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India.

If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value and the weight of the parcel
• Any additional charges, such as remote area delivery fees, may apply

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days
• Other locations: 5–9 business days
• Remote areas: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us
• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
