Acne Defence Concentrate

Acne Defence Concentrate goes after acne at the source. It helps your skin produce less pore-clogging sebum — which is the actual cause of most breakouts, rather than something that happens alongside them. Reduce the sebum and there is less to clog, less for bacteria to feed on, and fewer spots to treat.

It works on the other two fronts as well. It contains ingredients that kill acne-causing bacteria and help slough off dead skin cells, and it is the combination that matters: dead skin plus excess oil is what forms the plug, and bacteria is what turns that plug into a pimple. Addressing one alone rarely holds.

Green Tea Seed, Patchouli and Tea Tree carry it. Tea Tree is the most established natural antibacterial in acne care; Patchouli calms and balances oily skin; Green Tea Seed brings antioxidants in an oil light enough not to add to the problem it is solving. Over time the concentrate also gently clears up acne marks and blemishes.

It is a very lightweight formula, and the application matters. Press it into the skin rather than rubbing — rubbing spreads bacteria across the face and irritates active spots. No wash is required, since it penetrates well into the skin on its own. Shake well before use, and use it regularly for zits, acne-prone and oily skin.
