Brightening Face Scrub

Stop harshly rubbing your skin with the ready-to-use chemical scrubs on the market, and go organic. Most of them exfoliate by force — sharp, irregular particles dragged across the face — and the micro-tears they leave behind are why skin can look worse after a scrub rather than better.

This one is built on soft, supple granules instead. It exfoliates smoothly, removing dead skin, softening rough patches and clearing the dullness, without the scouring. It gently makes your skin look more beautiful every time you need it, which is a very different proposition from stripping it back and hoping.

The brightening is the headline. It removes tan and evens the skin out a full tone lighter, and it lightens acne scars and pigmentation over time — so the glow it gives is not just the flush of freshly-scrubbed skin but a genuine change in tone. It also cleans the skin and leaves it oil-free, and it lifts out whiteheads and blackheads.

It comes as a dry powder to be mixed fresh with rose water each time, which is what keeps it free of preservatives and at full strength. Being naturally preserved, refrigerate it at least three days a week. Suitable for all skin types, three to four times a week.
